BIMBox has won the ‘Digital Construction Award’ at the North West Regional Construction Awards 2022 for the second year running. BIMBox’s role as Information Manager for Bowmer+Kirkland at Four New Bailey follows 2021’s win in the same category with The Spine.

There was a strong focus on the people and process aspects as well as the technological aspects. Outcomes evidenced include the project being delivered without any issues on site, while all critical clashes were resolved within six months of the project starting. The adoption of digital construction allowed a clear focus on the circular economy. Judges were highly impressed.”

Four New Bailey is the new BT HQ based in New Bailey. With Digital Construction guiding the project, the team were ready to meet these challenges of an 18 month construction timeline and complex building and façade, which included an innovative diagrid exoskeletal steel frame structure.
