BIMBox wins Digital Construction Award - NWRCA 2021

BIMBox has won the ‘Digital Construction Award’ at this year’s North West Regional Construction Award 2021 for ‘The Spine’ – Royal College of Physicians.

The Spine is the flagship project within Liverpool City Council’s £1bn mixed use development, Paddington Village which provides 1.8m sqft of science, technology, education and health space within the city’s Knowledge Quarter district.

As Information Manager, BIMBox ensured the digital construction expectations and deliverables were consistently aligned and clearly communicated.

“This submission demonstrated and evidenced the development of a digital delivery strategy, utilising Information Management and BIM. Through better adoption of digital construction methods, at an industry level, the project demonstrates how we could support the development of the National Digital Twin and help to solve the dilemmas of this decade.”
