BIMBox appointed to new £30m LHC Consultancy Services Framework

09/06/2023

BIMBox amongst 100 consultancies, has successfully been appointed on the new Britian-wide £30m LHC Public Sector Consultancy Services Framework (CS1) across all regions of Lot 3C – Digital Coordinator.

CS1 now replaces LHC’s current Housing (H1 WS1) Framework and is divided into four different workstreams: professional, MEP, asset management and environmental.

The framework will be supporting the new build, refurbishment and retrofit of buildings and homes within the not-for-profit public sector and is now available for use until April 2027 across England, Scotland, and Wales.

Dean Fazackerley, Head of Technical Procurement at LHC, said:

“The framework arrives as a result of thorough engagement with public sector procurement teams who said they were looking for access to a wide range of specialist expertise under one framework, from initial design, to build and asset management and maintenance.”

He said LHC aims to increase the public sector’s access to regional and local supply chains, “encouraging SME involvement and driving economic uplift to regional areas”.

BIMBox looks forward to the new opportunities that the CS1 framework will bring.
