BIMBox has been shortlisted within both the ‘Digital Construction Award’ and ‘SME of the Year’ categories for the North West Regional Construction Awards 2023.

Digital Construction Award:

We are proud to have won in the ‘Digital Construction Award’ category two years running and have entered this year in collaboration with Bowmer+Kirkland for Island, John Dalton Street, Manchester.

Originally owned by Greater Manchester Pension Fund, Island was created in partnership with HBD and is a 100,00 sq ft modern newbuild workspace and office landmark situated within central Manchester. The £66m commercial development is set to have the ambience of a hospitality environment with working space, communal areas, as well as food and retail units upon arrival.

SME of the Year:

Our SME shortlist celebrates our commitment to our continuous improvement and staff development and impact across the industry as one of the first BIM consultant companies to achieve ISO 19650 certification standards from BSI.

The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 6^th July 2023 at The Titanic Hotel, Liverpool.
